"I want to make the clothes you always want with you. A well-designed piece of clothe should fit nicely, be used extensively and last a long time. To be applauded here and now for a bold shape, or clothes placed on a gifted celebrity has less value to me. To see my clothes survive time on the other hand, it makes me very happy. "
