In the shoulder seam, the dress has ruches that gives it a slightly royal romantic feel. The A-shape is reinforced by the sleeves sitting tight on the shoulders, giving the dress an adorable and younger look when used without a belt. With a belt, the dress has an X-shape. The belt is inspired by the Japanese Obi, which is wide and firm, and accentuates a strong waist that holds all the fabric in place.
